Liked: This is a hotel for me to go whenever I Visit Cincinnati. I stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times . The front desk manager Mr Unsal is one of the reason I kept going back. He is super friendly, down to earth and take good care of you if you need anything. For example two weeks ago I was there during the snow storm. All the shops were closed around hotel. I realized he was serving food in the evening to the guest since there was no option for people to buy food. He didn't have to do that but that was very kind of him. The hotel is by the Kenwood Mall, location is very convenient and there are restaurants and shops around it. It's clean and well maintained. There's an outdoor pool for the nice weather days, gym, 24 hours Expresso machine with different coffee options, plus regular coffee/tea station. Breakfast is always great. With my several experiences at this hotel, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Overall, like the location, feel...

Liked: Nice appearance from the exterior. Interior clean and nicely decorated. Perk of having a traffic light at the entrance. Easy of into and out of the parking lot
Disliked: Elevator seemed a little shaky and may need some maintenance. The control panel inside was loose. We stayed here a year ago in 2023 and still not corrected. It’s 2024. Noted the signs that remodel has started. There was an ugly stain on the floor by the bed. Room 313. Looked like blood.
