Overall very comfortable.

Liked: Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Good linens.
Disliked: A lot of noise in the hall late at night from other guests.

Disliked: Rooms, especially the bathrooms, show signs of age. Bathroom was really small.

NO HOT WATER

Liked: I stayed in room 325 3/28/2025 - 3/29/2025. I had occupied one of there hot tub rooms. There was no hot water at all. Went down to the front desk to let them know what the issues was. Maintenance came to the room to check the water which was not hot to him as well. He told me he could turn up the hot water a little bit. Which he never did because the next day of our departure it was the same temperature when I arrived. I was not very happy with this stay at all. Considering it was a BEST WESTERN I would have expected better then this.

Poor hotel

Liked: Breakfast was a 5 Nothing real special .
Disliked: Room was run down. From blankets on bed to the bath tub shower combo dripping constantly. Refrigerator was noisy. Could hear road traffic in room. Baseboard carpet trim pulled away from wall, by first bed. Down by floor. This hotel is run down.

Totally adequate for our needs....

Liked: Good location for everything we wanted to do while in Winston-Salem. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.
Disliked: Breakfast was available 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 8:45. There were no eggs left, no pastries, no waffles and the hot water just trickled in the coffee maker like it was almost empty. 'There was no one attending the breakfast area, so no one was aware of the inadequacies. Have never stayed anywhere the breakfast wasn't refilled until the cut off time. Not a good start to our day.
