We don’t stay at Best...

Liked: Location was good. And the reason I selected it was for the location and nothing else.
Disliked: The the rooms are not in great shape. Outlet don’t work very well- electrical cords kept falling off outlet, Carpet is dirty, sofa bed is very old, not enough outlets (we had to go to Target to buy an extension cord), shower faucet didn’t work very well, could not use the dresser because the drawer bottoms were broken, coffee machine was broken. The rooms are just in sad condition. Rooms look like they’re from the 80s and have never been updated. One day our room did not get cleaned which we could’ve tolerated, but we needed towels and we called the front desk for towels. It took two phone calls and over an hour to get towels. We were already all in bed when they finally came to the room with towels. Housekeeping staff needs to be trained better or replace with staff that actually cares. They don’t do a very good job cleaning.

Disliked: being stranded at the Marine base as no shuttle was not available.
