Liked: The room was fair price.
Disliked: The path to our room door wasn't salted, it was so busy there was no parking and we had to walk a ways to get to our hotel room exterior access. Didn't get my room hold refund.... front desk lady didn't have good customer service skills at all!!!

Disliked: Found a bed bug on top of the sheets almost immediately after entering the room the first night. Had me on edge the rest of the week

Liked: Liked: location, rooms were clean each day, plenty of towels, spacious King Suite, roomy step in shower, jetted tub was comfortable for 1 person, complimentary breakfast each morning for both myself and my wife
Disliked: Dislike: hotel is old and needs renovations to keep up with the other newer hotels on the strip, all doors are old and wooden, rooms have a slight older musty smell, toilets are low, décor is out of date, we had to carry our luggage up one flight as there was no elevator to 2nd floor on our wing, pool is nice but no deeper end, jetted tubs need to be upgraded as jets were weak and for a King Suite jetted tub should fit 2 people.Not sure who is at fault but when I booked on Booking.com, I booked a King Suite. When we arrived we were given a junior suite which was basically a hotel room. Our TV was not working as remote needed new batteries and the bed in the room was sunken so we asked to move. Oddly enough they upgraded us to the King Suite room we should have had in the first place. Not sure why this happened but Best Western needs to communicate with the hotels and booking.com so that people are getting the room they book on-line.
