Fabulous and close to UofO

Liked: Breakfast was awesome and had variety and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Towels could be a little bigger.

I'm done, never going back....

Liked: I stay here because of how close it is to my grand kids. For the most part it's an ok place. It looks nice outside but not always maintained well inside the room.
Disliked: I have stayed here maybe 6-8 nights at different times. I'm stupid to keep coming back but I do it because of the proximity to where I need to be. This time was a refrigerator that didn't work. We use one when we stay. The next day we were offered a different room but who wants to pack up and move. (why couldn't they just change out the fridge from the room they wanted to move us to???) Time before the heater/AC unit made a herendous noise. Time before the door didn't fit the frame and a huge gap was open. OK i have learned -- i'm done i'm not going back.. promise! And the thing that bothers me ? NOT ONE CALL OR CORRISPONDENCE FROM MANAGEMENT.

SPECTACULAR

Liked: The breakfast was spectacular, better than most other places serving breakfast. Everything was fresh and kept warm for consumption. The room was spacious and plenty of space to rest our heads. I loved how the location was right off the freeway. Easy to jump right on to Beltline towards Eugene. Everything about our stay was just an 11 out of 10!!!
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like

Liked: Front Desk was very courteous and friendly felt safe , very clean facility. OK breakfast. We'll lit parking area
Disliked: Breakfast lacking quality with the Bacon and the eggs breakfast hours maybe a bit longer?

Won’t stay here again because...

Liked: Room was very large
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very helpful, except for the gentleman that checked us in. Didn’t seem to care too much about our concerns. Sketchy people in parking lot both nights, yelled at for asking for toilet paper, workout equipment broken, pool closed, woke up with bug bites, water in shower suddenly turned scalding hot, very over priced, random alarms going off early in the morning that staff knew nothing about.

I will never stay there...

Liked: The room was big and clean
Disliked: Everything else! The staff was rude. I called for towels and they never came! The breakfast was horrible. There was bums and sketchy people in the parking lot. The work outs machines are broken. The pool is closed and there is no hot tub. To expensive!
