Liked: The waffles were great and your staff were nice. They replaced our shower head when it wasn’t working properly.
Disliked: Hair in the shower. Checking in. The clerk tried to charge me when I prepaid. I had to show him that I had emailed confirmation and credit card charges to prove it from Booking.com. He eventually found a virtual card that had the prepaid amount on it. He should have looked at that first.
