I'll answer this like my...

Liked: Staff was welcoming and nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The overall facility and room was clean and the number of towels was adequate for our group. We understand the hotel is undergoing some changes (installation of Comcast, small fridge not integrated in the counter)... that was OK. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was interesting but disappointing... watered down taste.
Disliked: Humm... The breakfast food was dull. Coffee was a bit disappointing, see above.HVAC... was working well but was very loud... starting and stopping all night.Important: I told the clerk at the front desk (very nice guy) the following morning, that there is a problem with the faucet in the bathroom. I told him that there was a significant amount of water that was leaking from the faucet every time we used it. The clerk did not acknowledge the information and or make a note of it at that moment. I believe that he should of at least thank us for telling Best Western about this issue.
