Disliked: The floors were dirty. The pillows were lumpy. The coffee maker didn’t work half the time. The reception girl didn’t smile.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, muffins, waffles. Super great staff working the breakfast area. Best hotel of our stay in Kentucky.

Liked: At first started out great as usual, have stay here always when in Georgetown over years, but seams the staff has changed, which is expected in this field of employment! See below
Disliked: Well, the water decreased in a middle of the shower twice, I’d expected that in the hotels in third world countries, so that started our morning off badly, then tried to grab a muffin for my wife, self and child on the way out the door approximately 10a.m., was told by a staff member couldn’t take them, why, was I taking what “she” expected to take home at the end of her shift! I was a paying customer, do you mean these muffins so going to greatly effect the overall cost to operations of best western, something that was already brought in bulk for the expected daily costs? Sadly you’ve cost yourself a costumer, enjoy the muffins!

Liked: The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good. Nice staff.
Disliked: The cooktop in room 119 took a long time to heat up. The carpet was dirty… needed cleaning. I didn’t like the “waffle” blanket wasn’t comfortable to me.

Liked: breakfast and breakfast staff was awesome! Nightly fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and popcorn by front desk very appreciated!
Disliked: air conditioner noisy and didn't keep a steady room temp.
