Clean, tidy and friendly. Value...

Liked: Value for money, there are a few things that make a stay pleasant; 1) friendly meet and great, 2) when you open the door to the room it looks clean and tidy, 3) the bathroom is clean. All the rest are extras. This Best Western did all of this.
Disliked: The beds are old, functional, but could be better. Breakfast is free but selection is meagre.

Liked: Clean comfortable and quiet. Good location and nearby shopping
Disliked: The only complaint is about the standard swinging front door. It is difficult to maneuver a luggage cart through these. An upgrade to retracting automatic doors would be great.

Liked: Great staff, awesome hot tub, decent hot breakfast
Disliked: Elevator was super slow, probably fixed by switching into a first floor room.

Liked: It was very clean, great customer service and friendly staff.
Disliked: Little pricey for this size of room compared to other hotels of similar size.

Liked: Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful hot breakfast buffet. Hot tub and pool clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Refrigerator didn't work quite right. Front desk out in a maintenance order to check it out.
