Could of been better

Disliked: The pool room was just as cold as the outside because they had no heat in it so the pool was unable to be used. The room was dirty and needed extras cleaning.

Bad

We did not stay because...

Liked: The pool was closed and this was a dissapointment to my family as we expected to utilize this amenity while staying at your hotel.
Disliked: The pool should have been accessible.

Comfortable and simple.

Liked: Easy check in. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Vending machines not working very well. Sent 10 different bills through it and spat them all back out.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Tub was dirty…had to scrub it myself before using it. Coffee maker didn’t work

Liked: Our room was clean, bed was comfy . Spacious room . Breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of items .
Disliked: We called the desk to complain about skunk smell coming from the heater / AC unit . We were settled in for the night, did not want to move rooms . The man from the desk came up to spray something , and he really overdid it to the point I asked him to stop . After he left , we opened the window and the door to get cross current in hope of clearing the air . My asthma was triggered , and we needed fresh air .Even the carpet got sprayed . A couple of sprays in the room would have been enough . The pool was closed .

Disliked: They allow pets and a dog woke me up barking

Nice clean cozy reasonably priced...

Liked: A nice cozy place to stay. Good price, an ok breakfast bar, and a clean room. Free Wi-Fi. 3 quality restaurants with in walking distance and conveniently located. My wife and I recommend this Best Western.
Disliked: No complaints what so ever.

Liked: Wonderful Front Desk & BOH Staff
Disliked: Our room never felt clean, and we could tell it wasn’t clean deeply as there were multiple items left over from the previous guest
