Liked: The room was a good size, well laid out.The bed was very comfortable.The room was serviced every day ..fresh towels.It was very clean and quiet.
Disliked: The tv was connected through Fox and we couldn't watch any Channel 9.

An uncomfortable night in the...

Liked: Comfortable rooms
Disliked: One room was particularly dusty and one person sneezed through the night.No dinner facility on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.Breakfast finished at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. Even though check out was 10am, we thought breakfast could have been extended on a Sunday to 10am.

Recommended as a value for...

Liked: This is our regular stay in Canberra. It’s a budget motel so not five star however it’s very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Good value with pleasant surroundings, quality beds and linen and friendly staff. Whilst not in the centre of the city it is very easily accessed by car yet relatively quiet. The major tourist attractions are not far away. We enjoy dining at the German Club next door. There is a pool, gym and plenty of parking.
Disliked: My only grumble is the quality of the food at breakfast. There is plenty of variety in both hot and cold options. However be aware that the food itself isn’t at the standard of other establishments and the staff don’t replenish empty dishes or check hot water/coffee until you ask. Having said that the breakfast is adequate, it isn’t the most important factor for us and we keep returning.
