Liked: Proximity to beach and restaurants
Disliked: AC unit sounded like a tornado coming through. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Guests just above us stomped all night long - late getting to sleep, noise between guests above and AC unit woken us up at 3am. Couldn't wait to check out.

Liked: We loved the hot tub. The breakfast buffet was good - lots of options. The room was nice and big - beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There were areas of the room abd hotel that have not been cleaned in a long time. The vents were super dirty. The front desk staff were a mix of wonderful and not so great.

Liked: The breakfast was standard for a free breakfast. The facilities were clean and appealing. The room was larger than a standard room and had a balcony. The soaps were high quality!
Disliked: The front desk staff were not rude, but not smiling and joyful either.

Disliked: Mattresses are hard, 1 morning they didn't have eggs and the evening we checked in the female was not professional and was on call with a gentleman on her cell on speaker and using foul language. And I did not know all rooms didn't have a bathtub.

Liked: The location and the balcony view are amazing!! Also they had a really cool coffee machine in the lobby with free coffee all day, was a great addition especially at night when it started getting chilly out by the pool :)
