Very good

Aside from that incident dealing...

Liked: Everything was great. Check-in went smoothly. I spoke with an older lady; she was a sweetheart. The room that I was in was spacious and clean. The microwave in the room was the most exciting, lol. I had to warm the food up.
Disliked: I didn't like how small the bathroom was. I don't know if it was because I got the queen bedroom, but the restroom was tiny. What I didn't like is that I have lupus, and I am a dialysis patient; I get sick out of nowhere randomly. My sisters and i were eating breakfast and i beegan to feel sick, of course i didn't wnt to throw up in front of people that were eating but wasn't going to make it to the restroom, so i ran to the trash. Three ladies began speaking their natve language and started to look at me so i asked was it a problem with ne throwing up in the garbage, she looked at me and said yes that's nasty. They continued to speak in their native languages while staring at me. I asked them if they would have gathered me to do it on the floor or in the trash. I even turned my back towards them so they wouldn't see. They were so insensitive.

Staff was lukewarm and so...

Liked: Felt safe. Bed was clean. Room floor was clean. TV was good. Water was nice and hot.
Disliked: Felt dirty in the lobby and elevator. Bug on the room ceiling. Breakfast had a good variety but taste was not very good.

Not satisfied with my stay

Liked: The bed
Disliked: my room wasn't what I expected the air conditioner do what it want to I expected more out of my stay than what I got

Liked: Typically We hate hotels as they never meet our expectations!! This Best Western met them & more!!! Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and care free from check in to check out... our room was clean & fully stocked, beds were comfortable, loved our view (the highway, but staying with a 3 & 5 yr old who loved watching cars go by from the 4th floor... can't complain)
Disliked: For GPS purposes Google gives the address as being on us64 causing us to get lost & check in late, had to call for correct address being on Ricky bell Cove!

Poor

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Parking , lights didn't work, a/c was crappy, the breakfast was not staffed and ran out of everything. The front door didn't work well.

We loved our stay.
