Liked: 1.)The location was great. Very close to many restaurants and shopping destinations.2.) wifi was pretty good
Disliked: 1.) Elevator was either completely not working or when working, it was sticking.2.)Bathroom door in room could not close.3.) Shower stall door in room could not close. It kept sliding open, so when you are showering, water wets up the toilet area.4.) Breakfast choices were abysmal and the waffle maker was not working5.) For the entire 5 day stay, our towels werent changed nor was any room service done6.)There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk and calls were unanswered 7.) There is literally a warning sign at the entrance door of the building saying that Best Western Plus did not pass safety standards and that this building is unsafe structurally.8.) The lighting in the room was a poor. The only source of lights were from lamps in the room where were inadequate

Disliked: Pool was closed. Elevators didn’t work almost all of time. Personal on reception told me that I can go to the next hotel gym and pool. So, I hurt my art in another hotel’s gym because the bench was broken. I asked for an accident report, but the manager from my hotel never helped me. I didn’t feel welcome in this hotel.

This place is disgusting.

Liked: There was mold everywhere. I feel sick after staying here.
Disliked: The entire forth floor smells of mildew and mold.
