Terrible experience

Liked: Close to the airport.
Disliked: Accidentally forgot my jeans in our room, so I stopped by the hotel two days after we checked out and ask them to look for the jeans at their “lost and found” department. The person who’s taking care of the lost and found stuff wasn’t on site that day and her office was locked so the receptionist said they’ll leave her a note and promised me to call back asap. Of course they never called me back, so I reached them again and has been told, that they didn’t find any forgotten jeans since August… Looks like the employees of this facility stealing costumers forgotten stuff and then playing a game that they never found anything for past few months and they’re soo sorry! Totally disappointed! Will never stay again!
