Liked: Great, classic New Orleans feel. Beautiful courtyard, wonderful breakfast and staff was very nice!
Disliked: A/C didn't cool as much as we would have liked.

Liked: Great value for cost. Spacious room, comfortable room temperature, high quality mattresses, good quality linens. Good location. Really appreciated secured parking and secure entrance to building. Excellent breakfast, nice outdoor space - really liked the courtyard. Staff were all courteous especially given what a busy time it was. Thank you for a great stay!
Disliked: Outdoor space could have been a bit neater, but to be fair there was a lot of wind during our stay.

Liked: Staff was amazing…friendly and helpful. Room, grounds and breakfasts excellent. Location at edge of French Quarter perfect.
Disliked: Only criticism was that hot water temperature in shower was inconsistent…not a big deal.

Disliked: The floors in the room we were in had not been washed for days. We did tell management and they sent someone to clean it.

Liked: Location very good, being on the edge of the French quarter without any street noise. Front of house staff outstanding. Always polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. The staff at breakfast worked constantly and successfully to keep ahead of the demands made on the buffet. The pool/courtyard area is very pleasant and there is free coffee and tea available in the lobby all day. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent.
