Liked: Great, classic New Orleans feel. Beautiful courtyard, wonderful breakfast and staff was very nice!
Disliked: A/C didn't cool as much as we would have liked.

Liked: The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located right in the French Quarter. The team very helpfull.
Disliked: The only problem was that there was some construction work during our stay. And because of that, the atmosphere was less enjoyable, as there were many people in the same room during breakfast, and we didn't have the view of the pool and the beautiful patio.

Liked: Good location and breakfasts. Room OK and good value. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Overall decoration and room cleanliness could be improved. Currently renovating the reception area, which is due for completion by mid February 2025, in time for the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras.

Disliked: On-site parking is not true. They sent me to a supposed hotel parking. When I got there, I was hit with 45 dollars a night.
