Real nice hotel in a cool town. Clean, modern and comfortable.

This was a very clean hotel in close proximity to Key Bank Arena. The entire experience from check-in to morning breakfast was very well organized. Good focus on customer service.

Liked: Very clean and well organized establishment.

Liked: Property was clean and was conveniently located across from the college. Restaurants were very close to the hotel.
Disliked: Pool temperature could have been warmer.

Disliked: Room cleanliness needs improvement. The washroom floor and the room corners were not clean.Also the breakfast spread was very very poor. It did not have any vegetarian options other than potato wedges.

Liked: It was very clean, most of the staff was exceptional, the lady in the kitchen that ran the breakfast seemed a little anxious at the amount of kids we had and maybe the time we went down for breakfast? Other than that the counter lady and the housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating. Overall everything was exceptional.
Disliked: I guess I didn’t realize there was an additional deposit once you got to the hotel to cover any items you might decide to purchase at their little store and whatever other charges you might incur. I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere during booking. It would’ve been nice to know about in advance.
