Liked: The King Suite was very clean and comfortable. They are Pet Friendly.

Disliked: Jacuzzi tub didn't work 95% of my stay, still had to pay $50 more for room. Pool was closed most of the time.

Disliked: Breakfast ran out at 920a - when Breakfast was over at 10- lady was super rude . Booked as a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL only to turn around and be charged over 250+ for our cat. If it's a DOG FRIENDLY they should post that not a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL! Our cat travels everywhere with us! I only BOOK PET FRIENDLY hotels. Not to be told after we check out cats are not allowed. After 2 employees seen us with cat no one said a thing to me. Just decided to charge our card on file. Requested a call from mgn with no response.
