An amazing family holiday!!

Liked: Loved the selection for breakfast, the pool was warm and so inviting, the hot tub was wonderful and actually not. The beds and pillows were super cozy and comfy. The room was big and spacious. The lady who worked 3-11 was beyond exceptional and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. House keeping is 10/10 very throughly, clean and friendly. Also they actually had a mini crib for the baby with a great mattress for baby. It was literally a home away from home.
Disliked: The over night lady from 11 til morning isn't very personable and helpful and every time you went to the desk she wasn't there or if she was she wasn't helpful or seemed knowledgeable about her job.

Definitely would stay again

Never ever again.

Liked: The normal beds were comfortable and the room was very large.
Disliked: The breakfast was inconsistent. Omelette station was open on Friday but when we asked on both Saturday and Sunday for one we were told by the man working it that he was too busy to make any. The food ran out way before the 9 am ending time on Saturday and nothing was replaced.Our room had many issues. The front closet door was off and I was told just to leave it lying against the wall in the closet to "make sure it didn't get broken". We are a family of 5, with 3 kids with us, it was not safe to have doors off tracks leaning against walls.We requested a cot, we went down to the lobby to get it, brought the first one up and it came with many stains on the mattress itself, so we requested another, brought the first one down and got the second one, the mattress topper piece was ripped and pulling away exposing the form under it almost half of the cot. So we just put a lot of sheets on it to cover it up.We had a kitchenette and a dining space that we paid more for. The dining room table had two legs completely broken. You could sit at the table without it leaning. I told the lady at the front and was again told to "not touch it so it doesn't break further". When I told her we needed a table to eat at her response was to give me a bag with two bottles of water in it and say "We are so sorry for your experience" I again asked what the plan was as we needed a table and she again said, "use it how it is and please be careful and also don't move it so it doesn't break further". Again we have 3 kids with us, so huge safety issue!The other major issue was how dirty it was. Our toilet looked like it hadn't been clean on the inside around the bowl ever. It was gross. The shower was also dirty.

Liked: Clean facilities, hotel and a very friendly and welcoming staff.
Disliked: A little overpriced.
