Thankfully I found a clean...

Liked: The check in staff is very sweet and welcoming.. The room was clean, especially the floors. The bed was fresh and clean. We will return when we are near this area.
Disliked: No cookies. LoL They ran out

Liked: I brought my service and Mike stated repeatedly that it I did not have a service animal. Horrible on his end.

IT WAS ALRIGHT WE WERE...

Liked: THE LADY WHO CHECKED ME IN WAS VERY NICE AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE LOCATION WAS EASY TO FIND. IT WAS CLOSE TO PLENTY OF STORES AND RESTAURANTS.
Disliked: THE DEADBOLT LOCK IN MY ROOM DIDN'T WORK AND WHEN I MENTIONED IT AT CHECK OUT THE GIRL WAS VERY DISMISSIVE AND QUESTIONED US IF WE WERE USING IT CORRECTLY.

Serene Stay

Liked: From the point of entry, the staff was polite, professional, and pleasant,from check in, to the lady running the breakfast area, and over all a pleasant stay. My boyfriend and I have decided to make it our monthly place to stay. So serene. We love the fireplace.
Disliked: That i couldn't enjoy it longer! We had to leave early. Also, breakfast could end a little later
