Hubby and I always enjoy...

Liked: We love Best Western. This is the only hotel we stay at when we're in town.
Disliked: The bed was a higher than I could imagine but the sofa bed slept great for me

Disliked: Bug infested room very bad customer service. Told the front desk the issue multiple times. I kept finding a different bug throughout the night and not once did they offer to change rooms or anything. Night staff told me to wait for the manager in the morning. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning to be told the manager was on vacation and the only thing they could offer was to send housekeeping. I was checking out that morning so what is that gonna do for me! I'm still waiting for the manager to reply to my email. And I included about 10 photos. Oh yeah parking lot was filled with nails.

Disliked: just need to check on rooms every day and add clean towel daily without asking front desk
