The hotel is new. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I had phone problems. There are restaurants (some sit down, some fast food), gas stations, shopping and groceries literally across the street. I would stay here again.

Disliked: It wasn't as close to the venue as we were led to believe.

Liked: The breakfast was good but needed more seating. There were a lot of people that appeared to "live" there including a man with a tether on his ankle. These people did not seem to be travelling but actually living in the hotel. One woman was at breakfast dressed like she belonged on the street corner at night.
Disliked: The pool was empty and not useable. I brought 4 little boys with me and expected a pool which is why I booked this hotel. They should have notified me or given a discount due to the pool being broken.

Liked: Did not use.
Disliked: No prior notice until check-in that the pool and hot tub was not usable, but they still required a signature that no lifeguard was on duty! Excessive filth around the bed skirt, mold in several locations around the bathtub and walls probably contributed by the filthy bathroom ceiling fan.

Liked: I was disappointed in the breakfast The food wasn’t hot or good We stayed in your hotel in Nashville Tennessee and they had cooked to order omelettes ,eggs and hot meat .You should not have the staff eating while the guests had to wait on you to replenish foods
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t what we expected Food wasn’t hot or of good quality

Liked: Left before breakfast. Served my purpose. I had a early flight and came from Toledo so I just wanted a place to sleep.
Disliked: Very noisy by the airport. I would like to suggest that the front desk would have earplugs for purchase. I had to go to the store across the street to purchase earplugs.

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating...however maintenance and security of the room doors need to be worked on...no entry key was needed to enter our room...
Disliked: Our property being unsecured for the entire day...
