The hotel is new. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I had phone problems. There are restaurants (some sit down, some fast food), gas stations, shopping and groceries literally across the street. I would stay here again.

Disliked: It wasn't as close to the venue as we were led to believe.

The building needs to remodeled...

Liked: The breakfast and location were ok.
Disliked: The water pipes made creepy “Godzilla” noises. There were too many people in the hall. Your ice machines didn’t work on all floors. The pool was down so we couldn’t swim. The furniture in our room was worn and beaten. The toilet had to be flushed several times before it was clear and you have ants!!!

Overall everything was great.

Liked: Room was nice, staff was great.
Disliked: Our room was closer to the highway side, so it took a bit to drown out the freeway noise.

Disliked: The pillows were square couch pillows. It made it hard to sleep.

Poor service

Liked: Kayla, the check-in lady took my money gave me my key to my room and then another guy came in. Didn't see where she checked me and canceled my room for the next day. Caused me a major inconvenience at 11:30 at night when I was coming back from being out all day.. I'm going to be looking for a full refund on my stay as you have incompetent help and you reflect as in the manager people under you.. also, I had to take cold showers both days. The first day the water was lukewarm at best the second day which was Friday. It was cold and never got warm. The toilet a bowl is flopping around. The screws are loose at the floor. Curtain rod is missing off a curtain
Disliked: People are incompetent. Didn't know their jobs stuck their noses in a computer after the fact and canceled stuff after the fact. Then told me I couldn't stay in this room because I didn't have it registered to me. So I handed him the key and he ran it back and then had to go get my stuff. In the end at 11:30 12:00 at night, he finally decided that I was right. So , whoever the manager is needs to tighten up their training program.. And again I will be looking for a full refund. I am going to file a grievance with my credit card company

Very disappointed in my stay...

Liked: The room.
Disliked: Every time I stay there, the pool is cold and the hot tub is not working. I went there to celebrate my 50th birthday with my grandkids and couldn’t use the facilities. I was very disappointed in my stay. I will not be going back.

Disliked: We ordered a very expensive room with a spa bath. Spa bath did not work, our sofa lounge was replaced by two kitchen chairs, our coffee pot did not work, and the heat was broken and blasted hot air all night. We were told we would be financially compensated, but the facility never followed through on their side.

Dissatisfied with the amenities.

Disliked: Hot tub out of order. Fitness center out of order. End entrance unavailable. Things that should have been mentioned before booking. Not to mention the amount of weed being smoked.
