Disliked: the manager who after I called hotel directly to confirmand all was perfect. once I got there he proceeded to tell me my room was more money and 1 king bed we were 4pplafter an argument in lobby he told me I should have called to make the reservation direct because things get lost in internet imagine all this after I confirmed day before - turns out after he was speaking down to me and threatened to call the police to have me removed - he was reading the wrong reservation. my reservation was in correct order . seems he had an issue with using non direct reservation services . he was so disrespectful in his tone with me and after all that is was his mistake . basically he was telling me he doesnt stand behind booking .com reservations. I was very upset after a 4 hour drive. the hotel itself was great and I would stay again but that check in was a nightmare

Liked: Clean and odor free. No perfumes to cover up odors
Disliked: Glass in the road in the exit lane. I did report it to the front desk but nothing was done. So I had to exit in the entrance lane so as not to get flat tires.
