Wow wow wow

Liked: Location the atmosphere was clean warm and welcoming The staff . All I can say is wow from the front desk staff and breakfast staff . So professional and respectful. The proximity to Boston Pizza made have dinner so convenient. I will return to Fernie and I will stay at the Best Western.
Disliked: The toilets are too low.

Liked: Breakfast service, outdoor hot tub, size of rooms and pet friendly
Disliked: Separate living room off of some suites - felt small and uncomfortable, open view of pool from main lobby
