Liked: Staffs are excellent, cheerful, very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: Surrounding area is a mess but understandably due to construction ongoing and a bit pricey.

Liked: Some staff were very friendly, the location is good and fair breakfast
Disliked: 1) They charge $30 to do an earlier check-in.2) They didn't have my reservation, not sure if it is a Booking problem3) the bedroom was dirty, with someone's hair in the bed, the toilet was dirty, and the shower wasn't working, so we had to change bedrooms4) the mattress was super uncomfortable, too soft5) the tv had one channel and wasn't working well6) the breakfast area is way too small, not enough seating available

Liked: Beds - were great, I want the pillows. Was a relatively close to our event.
Disliked: Room - was small for the price. We have stayed in bigger rooms for less. (Days Inn Lindsay ont. Almost half the price.)Breakfast- was underwhelming. (Had better in Lindsay) Shower - small residential, low water pressure.
