Liked: Staff was nice .. breakfast was ok . You all are under construction so it shows . Pool was freezing and not pleasant.

Liked: Good location to the ballon festival
Disliked: It was a bit dated and there was just a thin sheet on the bed so bring a blanket if you you need more than a sheet.

The room was nice but...

Liked: The room was nice and roomy and the air conditioner was easy to regulate.
Disliked: The bath tub drain was dirty and when my husband took a shower, the dirt and gunk backed up. The drain ha d a lot of hair and other crap in it. We had to call the front desk twice to get it cleaned. I also purchased some bleach cleaner to pour down it. There were also no lids for the morning coffee. This was two mornings in a row.
