Disappointing

Liked: good breakfast. Poor cleaning room, the shower look dirty
Disliked: better cleaning

Still awaiting a refund

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Everything. It was gross. Food left in the fridge, surfaces dirty, floors dirty, bedding unchanged, roaches everywhere. We ended up getting a whole different place because of the conditions and am still waiting for a refund.

Liked: I had a great stay, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful , very good value for money , and it not to far from everything, thank you guys for a great stay , breakfast is very good in the morning

Passable

Liked: Easy to find and the staff was helpfull when I needed help
Disliked: My first room was close to the elevators, and their elevator is very noisy. I could hear it all the time someone was using it. I couldnt sleep and went to ask them to find me a different room at midnight.

Disliked: Dont have good management Not that clean The washing room was always wet because flooding the drainageGove us the wrong time for breakfast for the first day.. second day They remove breakfast before the time end because they have other things to do

Not worth the expense

Liked: The room was clean except for the dead bug on the window sill
Disliked: There was no hair dryer (though it listed that there was one), the room phone was not working (to call the front desk), the towels were stained, the sink was leaking and there were people loudly talking all hours of the night. Breakfast was only served 7 to 9 ( should at least be 10am)

Best place in the area...

Liked: We appreciated the included breakfast, especially the “make your own” waffles. The 2 guys managing the place were very friendly and helpful. We were there because it is pet friendly and our dog liked it.

Poor

Liked: Location was good and staff friendly.
Disliked: The towels were stained and dirty looking. The shower pan was disgusting.
