Nice and clean but pricey

Liked: Everything was absolutely perfect.This was the last room to be had in Phoenix or anywhere close to Phoenix due to NASCAR. My daughter was in the hospital so I was desperate for a room and took it. I paid over $300 for 1 night for just a room. It was clean, safe and staff was SUPER, BUT... it was just a room.The Hotel it's self was clean, It has a pool and the lobby is set up with modern furniture for your relaxation. They serve breakfast ( I didn't eat so I do know how good it is ) and I was told they have a little bar that opens in the lobby at 5pm, once again I didn't have a drink so I don't know how it is.It was all clean and modern but as I said I didn't see or experience anything that would make this a $325 dollar room .... and I was told I got a deal !.

Disliked: When i checked in that night.We had to carry all our staff into our room without any available luggage cart because there is no cart available.And that is very inconvenient.And i thought that the room has a wood floor but it’s carpeted.I prefer wood floor.
