Relaxing stay. Great location

Liked: Clean spacious room.
Disliked: No internet available. Jacuzzi out of service.

The hotel is clean and...

Liked: The hotel was clean and well located.
Disliked: The breakfast the day before had a crockpot of mixed veggie stew but the second day there was not crockpot of veggies so there wasn’t much healthy for breakfast.

Liked: The hotel was well located and clean.

Good rooms, good food but...

Liked: I like the rooms and the breakfast area was very nice and clean. And the cute little bar they have.
Disliked: I didn’t like how to room smelled like old food, or how the tv didn’t work for certain channels. The front desk was a little non talkative made me feel a little uneasy.

nice hotel, good breakfast, not...

Liked: The hotel is very clean and modern. We had no issues with the way the hotel was set up. The breakfast was great, and the fancy/futuristic pancake maker was very cool. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the front desk staff were unpleasant to interact with. One in particular, I believe his name was either Joe or George, who typically works the evening shift- he was very unfriendly and rude at times. When checking in, he was emotionless and unwelcoming; I had to stand at the desk silently, waiting for him to get off his phone to help me check-in. When I asked about the luggage carts that were missing for a long time, most likely used by other guests or left outside rooms, his response was, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do about it." Other hotel staff were more pleasant and friendly to speak with.
