Good personal experience, but call...

Liked: Great experience overall, but there was almost an issue with me bringing my dog, which was unexpected since everywhere says they’re doing friendly. Apparently it’s only service animals, so I was fortunate there. But they really need to update their information so people aren’t out of a place to stay.Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to Garden of the Gods.

Disliked: The main elevator broke during my stay so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the other one.

Liked: Very clean. Breakfast was available.
Disliked: When I came in the door I didn't get acknowledged. I had to find out from another guest what was going on and the computers were down. The girl at the front desk named Q was very shaken up and didn't handle things well being rude to guests and crying. I was also given a room that someone had their stuff in already. Groceries and clothes etc. Then the room I was given didn't accommodate my family. I had originally reserved a room with a couch bed for my children. We were given a room with jus a bed. and instead of having to deal with the madness up front again and saying anything because I got treated like trash for speaking on the room with other people's things in it, we drove to Walmart in the bad snow to buy air mattresses for our kids to sleep on for the 2 days we stayed. We just avoided the front desk. All the other staff were very nice. And we had no problems other than the 2 hours or so it took to check in.
