Disliked: I reserved 5 rooms.I originally had 4 and added another later. Would not honor the previous rates I received Rate was approximately 40.00 higher.Upon check in my daughter went to their room it was filthy. The front desk agent was totally rude. I reserved a 2 queen bed room with a pull out. The desk agent would only give them a room with 2 queens as she needed the the extra pull out for kids. It made sleeping arrangements difficult.My room was not real clean either

Liked: the best thing was it was clean, from lobby to room & bathroom
Disliked: pool was closed the ENTIRE time for a 4 day trip . It was the main reason i chose this hotel - from reading reviews to making sure that the hotel was clean to having an indoor pool because it is november. Also was excited about the outdoor lounging with the fire pit - didn’t work & looked broken and spray painted silver . breakfast was also taken down early every morning & i felt like bad ?? for trying to get some when she was breaking everything down so that was a busy every single morning .
