It was adequate.

Liked: Easy access from the freeway. The room was large. It was quiet.
Disliked: The non-smoking room smelled bad. The treadmill in the fitness center turned on but nothing more. Breakfast items were hit and miss, like no yogurt for the day.

Liked: The staff was incredible! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, courteous and professional.
Disliked: Took three attempts before we could get my key card to work, then it wouldn’t work after I cam back from my event, and I was tired, but had to go back to the front desk. Their showers are strange, and require instructions to operate them. The sink ring was rusted, the sink water never got hot. Housekeeping did not leave me towels as I requested, didn’t make my bed or clean my room the whole time I was there. Someone had spilled something sticky right in front of my door, and it stayed on the floor all weekend. The thermostat kept re-adjusting itself, and as a result, the room went from warm to freezing cold, and stayed that way all weekend. They took a $50 deposit for damages, but it’s hard to damage something that is already messed up! The waffle batter was practically gone at 7 a.m., and the bacon was cold.
