I will never stay here...

Liked: The front desk person I checked me in was very nice and professional. Parking was free and convenient.
Disliked: And they put me in a room by the elevator I couldn't sleep the elevator was loud and it made the bed vibrate. Ask for a different room they offered me a smaller bed but no accommodation to downsize. There was an old blood stain on one of the pillow cases and mildew in the bathroom.

Liked: I like that it's always clean
Disliked: I didn't like that when I checked into room 220, the keys didn't work, then got another key, and that didn't work either. Then I got switched to room 307 and the toilet didn't flush so I had to go at 5am to the office to get a plunger because the lady said she couldn't leave the front desk and even plunging the toilet all morning, it still didn't work. I am very disappointed with this visit. I didn't even get an apology or anything after waiting 10 minutes in the cold for someone to unlock my door in room 220, and then my food got cold. It wasn't a good night, the whole night..
