Liked: I appreicated that the common area was always open.
Disliked: THere wasn't any evening cookies as posted in the hotel discription.

Disliked: The pool wasn't working, I booked that hotel for a special trip for my grandkids to go hang out and go swimming but no, it wasn't working all weekend, asked for some kind of kickback, got nothing. Very disappointed

Liked: It was clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. There was a basketball tournament in town and kids thumping all over above us until really late. We could literally hear every word they were saying. That is how thin the ceiling and walls are. Plus, they put us in a room RIGHT next to the elevator where we heard the elevator button until late at night and then early in the morning. I hardly slept.

Perfectly fine stay.

Liked: I went to Ellensburg for surgery and knew I'd be feeling like garbage after so I asked the hotel staff if I could either get a wheelchair if they had one to get from the car to my room or get a first floor room so I wouldn't need to walk too far. They gave me a first floor room near an exterior door right to the parking lot, so I was able to hop out of the car and walk a very short distance inside and to my room, which was exactly what I needed. The room was tucked into a quiet area as well and the window was able to be opened which was great because my husband and I are always too hot. I was able to rest quietly all day for the days I was there and my husband could take advantage of the facilities and still be close enough to me to come if I needed anything or help me into the bathroom.
Disliked: If I had to pick anything negative I'd say the bathroom flooring was looking a little old and stained in the grout lines, nothing terrible, and the tub was still clean so that's what counts since you're not gonna be spending time sleeping on the floor or the bathroom or anything lol
