Great. Thank you staff.

Liked: hard wood flooring in the rooms, excellent breakfast and a WONDERFUL staff. I had to end up adding a day to my room and the staff was super sweet.
Disliked: A tad bit outdated such as the hallways and carpets but exceptional considering the price.

Horrible customer service and staff!

Liked: The swimming pool.
Disliked: We stayed in two different rooms. We were not able to check into our original rooms. We reserved balcony rooms and we were given different rooms because ours were not available. The staff were not willing to accommodate our reserved rooms and were unwilling to help us, they were not friendly, and we were given two less nice rooms that were unsatisfactory. Then we were woken up to a loud domestic disturbance outside of our room at 5:00 a.m. We called to report it to the front desk and the person that answered said, “okay we’ll take care of it.” And it continued to go on for over an hour, waking up my wife and kids and scaring them. This was a terrible experience and we will never stay at this location again.
