Very good

Liked: I didn't like the use of disposable cups, dishes, knives and forks that couldn't cut anything. I also didn't like that there wasn't a jug to boil water only a coffee maker machine. I couldn't drive the TV it was difficult to select anything on the smart TV that you didn't have to pay for it Netflix movies etc.The staff were lovely and helpful and the building was well appointed and looked great and very welcoming after a big drive. Thank You for the welcome on the TV I felt that we were in good hands for our stay!

Great room & location, will...

Liked: Breakfast was GREAT, Room very clean, great location
Disliked: Fridge was making a load noise, reported to ft desk.Children running in halls til 1130 pmRoom across the hall family fighting at midnight.Not the fault of this hotel, just rude thoughtless people.

Disliked: Not pleased at all got charged on credit card with booking .com then got charged on credit card at hotel not pleased at all and it’s still not credited back to me
