Liked: Very friendly staff; comfortable room; great breakfast.
Disliked: ConcertHotels state free breakfast and parking! Only a 25 space car park so had to park in street for Â£6. Hotel say they never offer free breakfast!

Great hotel in excellent location

Liked: Excellent location, plenty of parking, very spacious and modern rooms, large bathroom.Staff at reception very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with multiple choices. Would definitely recommend!

Liked: Room quiet and comfortableBed comfortable. Shower was good
Disliked: Water pressure in bathroom ( except shower ) was poor. Some of fittings needing repair ( broken cupboard in bathroom for example) Some of staff were not particularly welcoming.

Liked: Very nice stylish building inside and outside as well. Nice Quiet area with park views, few steps from bus stop to the city. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good!

Liked: Comfortable bed. Good view.Breakfast- a little disappointing. The mushrooms were almost cold and the bacon was underdone for my taste.Hot chocolate in the room was a nice surprise and the tea cakes and tablet were very nice.
