We stayed at this hotel...

Liked: Location was easy to find. The price was good.
Disliked: Something must have been wrong with the air/ heating system. I woke up on Friday night and the air/ heating system was extremely loud and didn’t seem to be working. The bathroom also smelled of urine.

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: Room and bathroom not clean bathroom tiles have black stuff not sure if it was mold and bugs. Supposedly a bar and grill but supposedly closed on Sundays

They refused cats at a...

Liked: Didn't stay
Disliked: The third vendor app said this hotel was pet friendly to come to find out.They won't take cats and that was at two thirty in the morning , so we had to go find another hotel. I think they.Expected me to leave the cat in the car and it was in the thirties. The guy said he would get the charge waved- will update.

Liked: I am very comfortable staying at Beat Western conference in Eau Claire .I always stay there when I’m visiting my son. He goes to the University of Eau Claire. However, the scent of pets was not a Pleasant odor! It Flared up my cousin allergy. In addition to, there needs to be a better variety of TV channels such a Netflix app which you are using your own password or at least HMO. Overall it was a good stay!
Disliked: Make sure the lobby has a flesh odor
