Liked: Location was good and was hotel was clean.
Disliked: Mattress's were as hard as the floor. Very poor sleep.

Comfortable hotel, but comes with...

Liked: Clean, well kept, easy access to amenities
Disliked: The pool area, why they needed 2 rent a cops to monitor it. I have health issues, I do bring a water bottle with me to the pool/hot tub area. I was not allowed to bring it in. It’s a sealed new plastic bottle, it wasn’t a class cup or anything with liquor in it. Breakfast selection is lacking as well.

Hotel/onsite staff were very good...

Liked: The onsite staff were helpful and polite and the rooms were functional and clean.
Disliked: I was travelling with a group of high school students (6 rooms booked). Our finance office called the hotel in advance of our stay to arrange payment but the day before of the trip we were told the hotel wouldn't accept the school's corporate card and we had to arrange alternate payment. The finance office was told the hotel wouldn't accept the corporate card because it wasn't a business trip. The school's business IS the students and their activities!Although, the hotel and onsite staff were very good, we will no longer be using the Best West Plus East Side.
