Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and comfortable and the location was great, breakfast was spot ont on.

won't stay again

Liked: Audrey on the check in desk was very welcoming and friendly. she booked us a taxi and told us everything we needed to know
Disliked: the bath had a large brown stain in it and the plug hole was clogged with hair . I mentioned on check out and got an apology. the bed also wasn't very comfortable . cheap sachets of coffee were also provided in the room. they were absolutely disgusting. pay what we did for the room (£107) and receive better in a premier inn.

Definitely not a treat,

Liked: The spa facility were fantastic, the room was dirty, there was no hot water, the decor was old and torn paper, carpet was heavenly stained, the WiFi was terrible, I definitely would not stay again or recommend, it felt like a room that had been occupied by refugees.
Disliked: The room was disgustingly

A very comfortable stay in...

Liked: Good choice of different foods for breakfast including cereals and yogurt. A little more fresh fruit at breakfast eg pears and apples would have been really nice. Not everyone wants a full English! Very comfortable all round and a relaxing hotel with helpful staff. Easy to book delicious meal that evening on arrival.
Disliked: After a very long journey we found our room as instructed , but didn't know about the key card to put on the lights . We spent some time trying different switches in the dark before going back to the main desk. A minor point but we were pretty tired! At least we'll know next time we stay.
