The overall experience was enjoyable. The sights and smells of Chinatown are alive and well.

Disliked: Would have rather had a bathtub than a shower.

Large clean room convenient location

Liked: I stayed here overnight before catching my flight from LAX. The location was very convenient from the LA Central station and the neighborhood was also not too bad. There are many nice Chinese restaurants to choose from nearby. The room was very large and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty bad...

Stressful upsetting

Liked: Didn't have breakfast because we were all in distressed because reservations didn't meet our needs .
Disliked: We had our grandkids with they did not give us conjoined rooms that we had made reservations for , they didn't even try they said no right off top no consideration at all ,our grandkids or under age we did not want to be separated from them staying in a strange town or city that's why we made that special request conjoined rooms. So we instead stayed in the same with grandkids that was really reliving for them ,also the manger was not understanding at all didn't even want to give us even a little credit back how ...... disappointing for us all.
