The overall experience was enjoyable. The sights and smells of Chinatown are alive and well.

Liked: Great staff! Just 2 complaints:The noise level was loud and when I asked for a luggage cart I was told I had to get it myself.

Quite ok but a bit...

Liked: Breakfast was included although not marketed when I make the booking. It was of decent quality. Staff were all very nice and pleasant. The location is in Chinatown, walkable distance to downtown. We were out at night and didn't feel unsafe.
Disliked: Perhaps I had unrealistic expectation, but the class of the hotel didn't match the price we paid for in my opinion. It felt more like a motel in terms of its design, structure and location.

Good for the Price

Liked: It was clean and close to our theater so we walked.
Disliked: Too much morning light in the rooms no real fridge with a freezer nor microwave.
