Liked: They got everything I need and the place was quite and precisely as been described. On my last day they offer me late check out since my flight lil bit late.
Disliked: Breakfast so delicious but adding some additional items would be nice touch.

Great location-value for money

Liked: The responsive front desk. Our room smelled liked wet carpet. Front desk quickly switched our room which was roomy and fresh.I loved the free parking as well.
Disliked: While the sink and toilet were renovated, the bathtub needed to be renovated.

Liked: The room was large and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Getting in and out was a breeze. Also, coming from NYC I'm always thrilled to see a bathtub in a hotel room. Even a small one is nice.
Disliked: The location was not good: An un-walkable area between highways, with no nearby shops, cafes, restaurants... This place is in the very center of the second largest city in the United States, but somehow it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere.The windows don't open and the pillows are all too thick.
