Liked: Perfect location, the view was fantastic. Room was clean and bright, bathroom was tidy and clean with fresh towels and gorgeous smelling toiletries. We ate in the bar and food was good value. Staff were very friendly, they allowed us an extra hour in the car park after checking out which was helpful.

Liked: Came down for a wedding with members of my family, the hotel had a lovely step back in time feeling to it and was spotlessly clean with a nice relaxing atmosphere,would definitely return next time we’re in Dover, thourouly recommended

Great location, room was small...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Wifi was problematic. The connection seemed good but certain aspects were not acceptable. For example the feed from my Apple News platform would not work. It would not load and consistently gave me the message that it was ‘off line’. I overheard another guest at the desk complaining about the Wifi performance as well.
