Liked: Great location, amenities and hotel staff.
Disliked: Hospitality breakfast staff were inefficient, dismissive and unprofessional. We were sat at a dirty table, which was not cleaned at all and told nothing. Another patron explained the processes, including that you could order poached eggs. My friend and I ordered one each which were not received after 20mins. We sought out a staff member who advised they had been overlooked. 10mins later one egg sitting alone in the middle of a plate was received, no apology at all…..still waiting for the second one.

Liked: Good room, comfy clean and tidy. Amazing dinner- great staff. Proper light Krispy calimari lovely moules, amazing rib eye. We stayed half board- amazing value, staff couldn’t do enough

Liked: Very good hotel, very clean, confortable bed and very good location if you are using the ferry
Disliked: Although confortable, the bed is rather small for 2 people to sleepAlso, the door had a whole so we could hear all noise from people walking/taking the lift
