Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff, free use of a well equipped gym and spa with hot tub, right by the ferry terminal, lovely rooms
Disliked: Nothing it was so good for a really low price the best value for money i have ever had from a hotel stay

Liked: Room, the hotel in general, the staff were great and very accommodating whenever we needed them. Good food options in and near the hotel.
Disliked: The hallways were crafty (it was middle of winter when we were there), this probably can't be helped due to the history of the building.

Great hotel for catching the...

Liked: Amazing customer service from the front desk.After a mistake with the date of my stay nothing was to much trouble to sort it out.While waiting I enjoyed some lovely food in the bar where again the personal were outstanding. The room was big comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best for choice and quality I have come across on my travels. Another plus point the hotel is in a great position for catching the ferry.I could see the port from my window. Superb hotel all round and great value.
Disliked: Nothing..EVERYTHING was top quality.

Liked: The beds are sooo comfy. Loved the shower and LED mirror in the bathroom. Really good heating, lovely staff, great massage and spa facilities
Disliked: Room service almost never picked the phone up so was left thirsty. I’d had a shower and my pjs were on so didn’t wanna leave the room to get drinks. It’s a shame because the hotel was amazing.

Comfortable ideal Dover stop over

Liked: Great location. Nice features like gym and easy parking and restaurant and bar decent
Disliked: One small very slow lift that doesn’t feel particularly safe, although I’m sure it is
