Disliked: 1st thing due to Mackinaw bridge issues I requested to Canel my reservation and sent request to waive and no one ever bothered to respond, bridge issues weren’t a problem thankfully for our trip . staff was not pleasant! Place is not handicap friendly at all! Tried to get breakfast and again huge amount of stairs to get to breakfast or elevator that again is across parking lot! They are renovating however junk is everywhere, tons of nails /screws in parking lot . I know your response to all of this only electronic and that is unacceptable!!

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the extra pillows provided.
Disliked: Booked room with Jacuzzi which I looked forward using , I filled the tub and then turned the jets on before getting. Glad I did black stuff came out the jets and was all over in the water. Power went out at hotel with no back up generator,so had to sleep in cold room.
