Great stay after 2 difficult...

Liked: Really comfortable king bed! After long travel with delays, I really appreciated the comfort and hominess of this room. It is exactly what I needed. There was something special about the layout that embraced welcome, the sofa, pillows and lots of lamps - felt like home. It was remarkable to see smiling staff people, including the room cleaners. Even though I must eat gluten free, the breakfast had food I could eat, which was remarkable. The shuttle came promptly to pick me up from the airport, and again left promptly on the hour back to the airport. It's always good to have a microwave, frig, and coffee maker in the room.
Disliked: The bathtub drain didn't close securely, so my hot bath was cut short. Otherwise, all was good.
