Good location, hot public areas...
Liked: Location was great for our event at UNT. The halls and elevator were extremely hot. We were sweating just walking to our room or from the elevator ride to 2nd floor. The room was spacious but no blankets for the couch bed and it was not clean. We found containers of hair products stuffed in the couch so the bedding was obviously not changed or cleaned from previous travelers.

Liked: The only plus was the location.
Disliked: Manager, As you are aware with our stay, we had a bug issue. I brought this to your attentiion and told you we would just go to another property. You moved us to another room. We did not want to complain again but this room had pubic hair in the bathtub and long black hairs on the bed. we are just NOT used to staying n places such as this. I am going to do a dispute on my credit card for this purchase. We actually stayed out as long as possible Saturday night so we were in the room the least time. We tried to get another hotel but they were all booked on a Saturday night and a competition Saturday as well. I wanted to give you a heads up that i am writing to your corporate office, also putting on all social media with pictures of the bugs, pubic hair (yes more than one) and the look hair with a look at my very short hair. i do not believe we should have stayed and i am asking for my money back.. UGH...

The stay was ok and...
Liked: The breakfast was ok, I tried to get a cappuccino from the machine and was given coffee instead. As for the location, it worked out great as it was near everything that I needed.
Disliked: When we got to our room it advertised that you could mirror your phone to the tv or watch shows on the streaming apps that were offered, we tried everything and it didn't work. I went to the desk for assistance and the lady stated that she couldn't help because she didn't know how to work it. I am not new to streaming or technology and knew that the tv needed to be connected to the hotels wifi but left it alone and attempted to watch regular cable channels which was not easy to figure out. Also the room was little dusty.
