Disappointing

Disliked: I forgot my jacket in the room but they didn’t give me back

Old-fashioned hospitality

Liked: although needing updating, the room was well proportioned and everything worked - reminded us of an old-fashioned motel with all amenities. The staff were excellent and provided good advice about where to dine.
Disliked: We were not in a renovated room so it was a little tired but great value for money

Great stay. Definitely gonna visit...

Liked: Very clean, great location close to train and tram station, friendly and kind stuff.
Disliked: Everything were perfect

Liked: Location and room size good. Nice breakfast (not Cheap). And on site parking.
Disliked: Had to wait to check in to my room At 3pm.

Disliked: The room wasn’t exactly what I booked but OK. My room wasn’t cleaned when I was there - when I tried to access the service guide using the QR code in the room the link failed. And when I asked for a second pillow, the promised delivery in a few minutes never took place.

Worst experience ever

Disliked: Booked with breakfast, hotel refused to honor it. Booked rooms with 2 single beds, got double beds. Stayed for 3 nights, no clean towels.Had to pay double even though I showed proof of payment, but it was the problem of Booking.com and I needed to fix it myself… worst experience ever.
