Good for short stays
Liked: Friendly staff, easy freeway access, we usually stay here when in the area.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were paper thin. I had to ask for an extra blanket and additional pillows. It would be nice if they had them in the room. But they were easy to get from the front desk.

Good but can be excellent
Liked: Room was properly adorned. A decent amount of towels. I believe there was a flower decoration as well.
Disliked: Requested an early check in. Management never replied. Sent four or five messages throughout the day which also went unanswered. Check in process was difficult and lasted about three times longer than it should have to find due to inability for the system to locate my reservation. Remote control in the room had some buttons whose connectivity was lacking. Hot tub faucet handles should be labeled to ease faucet being off.

Nice Weekend, Great Room and...
Liked: The rooms were VERY clean and had plenty of towels. The carpet looks like they shampoo it regularly and the beds slept completely comfortable.
Disliked: No issues.

watch out for stray vibrators...
Liked: easy check in and check out
Disliked: the dildo that was in our pull out couch, the couch of which clearly wasn't changed

Poor
Disliked: The elevator was broken when we arrived. The front desk (who was lovely) told us the WiFi had been out the day before. The card keys didn’t allow entrance from the sides of the building, so one needed to walk around to the front door from the pool area. There weren’t signs posted, so anyone who went out that way learned the hard way. Our third floor window didn’t have any screen, bars or stops to keep it from opening all the way and the lock was easy to reach for a little one to climb up to, as well as potentially out the window. Seems like this would be a code violation.
