Liked: Location was quite good, not far from tube station. Room was equipped with modern facilities.
Disliked: There was no egg option apart from boiled eggs.

Liked: We were given a very warm welcome and were even allowed to check into our rooms before the official check-in time. The reception was always staffed, so even a problem with a key card was resolved immediately. The rooms are very well furnished and extremely clean. For London standards, they are even spacious. The room service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally extensive.We traveled at Christmas, and there was even Christmas cake and Prosecco for those who enjoy such treats. The staff is super friendly. The location near Paddington Station is fantastic. Hyde Park is very close by. The underground and buses are within walking distance, as are shops, good cafés, and restaurants. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet. There’s also a small lounge with free coffee and tea. Luggage can be securely stored at the hotel.We thank you very much and wish you a healthy year 2025! We will definitely come back!

Disliked: Our room was under the coffee pantry, making it very noisy. We heard every chair being moved by other guests getting a coffee upstairs.

We had a great stay...

Liked: It was beautifully clean and crisp. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Train and Tube Station and 10 minutes walk from Hyde Park . We would stay there again .

A fantastic stay with great...

Liked: The staff were professional and courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was great value for money and waitress service excellent. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent shower. The rooms had temperature control which was great.
